The DCBDC’s mission is to expand the voice of DC's Black Democratic electorate by developing leadership, shaping public policy, and direct political action
It’s time to stand behind W7. Join us in brining attention to #RedistrictingDC
W7 was given the lowest number of residents despite having the slowest population growth. We demand equity in this decennial process!! #morefor7
At the same time reducing the chances of two little girls & their father from being hit by a car on their way to school. Those of us in leadership must have foresight. We then combine that foresight with data, to make the best informed decision possible. #WeAreWard8
It's unfortunate that some people treat traffic safety as an issue of gentrification & displacement. It's actually an issue of leadership, strong infrastructure & health. We implement traffic calming measurers ahead of time to increase the chances of our residents being safe.

We are Black Men, we are not n*ggaz. We have to educate the young men on these DC Streets about who they are. Knowledge of self is the key to stopping the violence in our community. #WeAreWard8
The @DCDemocrats first in-person meeting since the pandemic is happening now. Vice Chair Linda Gray reported on today's @DNC meeting w/ @VP Kamala Harris @HowardU. Words cannot explain how good it is to see everyone, and it is always a pleasure to represent the @Ward4DemsDC.
