@Hyperoptic - 4 weeks without internet. 3 engineer visits (last one over a week ago). 4 times called your team since then for an update and still nothing. And tonight spent 2.5 hours on hold and still didn’t get through. Any ideas what I can try next?

#BHAFC - Football is the only industry where you can buy a ticket a month ago, they don’t get it to you in time so expect you to queue up for 1.5hours (while being stared at like an assumed criminal). Then you don’t complain in case they won’t sell you one for following week 😬
