Worse part all this is after paying extra for excess baggage and availing services like fast forward ⏩. The issue has been raised at Jammu airport but it's sad that such an issue arises even in the first place
@aachho ull need to do so much better at managing your brand absolutely zero sense of customer support and service. You"ll just kn how to take orders not how to deliver them
I fail to understand how do ull screen ur drivers and why is there option for quick solutions on ur app rather than just an automated message saying we regret the inconvenience but don't worry strict action will be taken.
@ola_supports I really don't kn if I shld reach out o no bcoz ull hav on of the worse customer support. Since ull wr not able to solve n refund the previous I still hav no idea how will ull solve my today's rides issue.
At around 1.32 Am at night the cabby who is not drunk but somehow still very disoriented makes a stop at the Gas station to refill CNG for which we had to wait for around 20 mins. After Doing so he drove very rash and managed to behave even more disoriented than before.

But because of the rude behaviour of the staff they have actually made me feel helpless since I had to 1st make the payment for the car to be delivered after 7 days.
@SwiggyCares absolutely ridiculous to receive food that is stale and soggy and as a solution for the restaurants you partner with we receive sorry packaging and quality is not our responsibility
@Ola_Mumbai been trying to book a ola for the past 15-20 mins and with a lot of trial got an auto he went in a different direction and refused to cancel and even the time to arrival was longer than shown and despite it not being my fault i was charged a cancellation
@FlyTruJet@goibibo it's shocking how 2 wks have gone 4get response there is no acknowledgement also frm either entity. @goibibo even ur customer care is pretty much useless, Why does one wait for a month for a refund on a trip that was cancelled by the airlines @AlwaysRamCharan
@FlyTruJet Flight from Kolhapur to Mumbai scheduled for 19th Mar'22 cancelled without a solution or any info.Trying to contact customer care but no response everyone preoccupied to answer. Require immediate help as senior citizens are depending on the same flight to return home
@FlyTruJet still no revert on this on any portal no answer in your customer care helpline also. Looks line the airline is no longer functional and for sure not trustworthy
Every point or road possible between Lokhandwala and Andheri East have either been dug up/ under construction or there is a heavy traffic jam due to metro work. It's taken me almost n hr to get out of Lokhandwala. God alone kns ETA to destination @mybmc
