@LWCDamian Hi Linda, I think this a reaction to the OVER writing-for-the-theme approach that many proposals take. Almosrt every proposal usually has words from the theme title in the session title, which waters down the actual research folks are doing... #4C26

Santa Clara University is changing its non-tenure-track faculty's titles!

Adjunct Lecturers (who are really full-time) will just be Lecturers, and Renewable Term Lecturers will become Assistant/Associate Teaching Professors. Senior Lecturers will become Teaching Professors.
