I learned this the annoying way.

I sent my money to Spenda to receive a contest payment in USDC on Base.

The problem?

I wanted to use that money to pay for something priced in dollars.

Spenda automatically converted it to naira.

I could've used Bybit to receive the USDC, but then I still wouldn't have the combination I actually wanted:

And then I downloaded it myself

Kite is live in Nigeria, so I decided to actually test it.
