@Kia is it just me or has customer service and brand started to slide. Got two instances whereby a car mis sold not declaring history and a new car with fundamental fault from new and local garage state may not be covered under warranty and they won’t cover themselves. WOW!
@BOTB_Dreamcars careful with playing instant wins are not instant wins thought this would last at least week or so. No not even the 72 hours they advertise. Not still it seems.

Just offers that are taken away. Very misleading.

Absolutely taken back. Have a home service and had a call out for an issue and engineer come out and replace part last month.
Part now showing similar issues again and told have to pay for an engineer to come out. Regardless if it was replaced or not!
@premierinn Arrived late at hotel where stated refurbishment to rooms being done.
Woken up just before 7.00am with heavy construction machinery. Complaint made under goodnight guarantee. Their response back “Declined”was after 6.30am. Great customer care. Avoid Lancaster hotel

So agree a contract get very little for what produce and feed in but then do pay - does that constitute mis appropriating funds?

I had previously called around bills. Got an agreement on price and contract done. Now found out contract does not confirm pricing and can remove offers and bill extra. Just contracts you to services.
