People have learned a few psychological buzzwords on social media,like "gaslighting," "narcissist," "boundaries," and "toxic", and now they use them to run away from normal human conflict. Sometimes your partner isn't a "toxic narcissist violating your boundaries"; sometimes they are just annoyed, having a bad day, and you are actually the one who was wrong. We have weaponized therapy language to ensure we never have to apologize or compromise.
Millennials are the elite generation because they cranked out 12-page essays the night before they were due. No ChatGPT. No Claude. Just lo-fi beats playing in the background, Black coffee at midnight, footnotes that were somehow correct, and pure delusion. Grade was an A minus. Period.
I am tired of having to download an app, create an account, confirm my email, set up a password that has at least 1 letter and 1 special character, enter the code sent to my email, for every single thing on God’s green earth, FUCK EVERY SINGLE COMPANY, AND YOUR STUPID CRAP!!!!!!!

Wake up and immediately look at small screen before clocking 8 hours behind medium screen. Take a few breaks to check in on small screen. Go home and spend a few hours staring at big screen to wind down before getting into bed and looking at small screen.

I’m old enough to remember that in 2022 the Nasdaq dropped 30% and the S&P 500 was down 20% and the media spent the year telling us that we weren’t in a recession and in fact the definition of a recession we had always used wasn’t actually correct.
