.@ncbn గారూ మీది దౌర్భాగ్యపు ప్రభుత్వం కాదా? విదేశాల్లో మెడికల్‌ కోర్సు పూర్తిచేసిన విద్యార్థులపై పోలీసులతో దాడులు చేయిస్తారా? ఎన్‌ఎంసీ (NMC) గైడ్‌లైన్స్‌ ప్రకారం వాళ్లంతా ఇక్కడ ఫారిన్‌ మెడికల్‌ గ్రాడ్యుయేషన్‌(FMG) ఎగ్జామ్‌లో ఉత్తీర్ణులైన తరువాత, ఇక్కడే ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్‌ పూర్తిచేసినా, ఎందుకు పర్మినెంట్‌ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ నంబర్‌ ఇవ్వడం లేదు? ఇది కేవలం ఒక ఫార్మాలిటీ అయినా, ఇది ఇవ్వకుండా ఎందుకు వేధిస్తున్నారు? ఇదేనా మీ పరిపాలన? మీరు చేస్తున్న తప్పులను ఎత్తిచూపితే వారిపై పోలీసులతో దాడులు చేయిస్తారా? గడచిన ఏడాది కాలంగా వారిపై వివక్ష చూపుతూ, ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్‌ పేరుతో దీర్ఘకాలం వెట్టిచాకిరి చేయించుకుంటూ, ప్రైవేటు మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీలకు లాభం చేకూర్చేలా, ఉద్దేశ పూర్వకంగా వీరికి పర్మినెంట్‌ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ (పీఆర్‌) నంబర్‌ ఇవ్వకపోవడం వాస్తవం కాదా? తమ పిల్లలను డాక్టర్లుగా చూడాలని తల్లిదండ్రులు అప్పులు చేసి, ఆస్తులు అమ్మి తమ పిల్లలను విదేశాల‌కు పంపిస్తే, ఆ పిల్లలు కష్టపడి చదువుకుని కోర్సులు పూర్తిచేశారు. అలాంటి వారిని అంటరాని వారిగాచూస్తూ, వారి కెరీర్‌ను నాశనం చేయడం ఎంతవరకు సమంజసం? వారిని నిరుత్సాహపరచాలన్నది మీ ప్లాన్‌లో భాగం కాదా?

డాక్టర్లు కావాలనుకుంటున్న పిల్లలు విదేశాలకు వెళ్లి చదువుకునే ఇబ్బందుల్లేకుండా, ఇక్కడే, మన రాష్ట్రంలోనే, ప్రభుత్వరంగంలో 17 కాలేజీలను, వాటిద్వారా 2,550 సీట్లను తీసుకు వచ్చేలా మా ప్రభుత్వం పనులు చేసి, అందులో ఐదు కాలేజీలను ప్రారంభించింది. మిగిలిన కాలేజీలను కూడా పూర్తిచేసే స్థాయికి తీసుకువెళ్తే, చంద్రబాబుగారూ.. మీరు వచ్చిన తర్వాత వాటిని పూర్తిగా అడ్డుకున్నారు. కేంద్ర ప్రభుత్వం సీట్లు కేటాయిస్తే, వాటిని వద్దు అన్న ప్రభుత్వం, దేశ చరిత్రలో మీది మాత్రమే కాదా? మీ అవినీతికోసం స్కామ్‌లు చేస్తూ ఆ కాలేజీలను ప్రయివేటీకరించే కుట్ర చేస్తున్నారు. పులివెందుల మెడికల్‌ కాలేజీకి ఎన్‌ఎంసీ కేటాయించిన సీట్లనుకూడా వద్దు అంటూ తిరిగి లేఖరాసి, విద్యార్థుల భవిష్యత్తును నాశనం చేశారు. ఇప్పుడు దేశంకాని దేశం వెళ్లి అక్కడ ఖర్చులు తగ్గించుకుని, కష్టపడి కోర్సులు పూర్తిచేసి వస్తే, వారికి పీఆర్‌ నంబర్‌ ఇవ్వకుండా ఇబ్బందిపెడుతున్నారు. పైగా అడిగితే పోలీస్‌ స్టేషన్‌లో వేశారు. తల్లిదండ్రులపైనా, విద్యార్థులపైనా ఇంత పగ ఎందుకు చంద్రబాబూ? ఇంటర్న్‌షిప్‌ పూర్తిచేసిన వారికి వెంటనే రిలీవింగ్‌ ఆర్డర్స్‌ ఇవ్వాలని, ఎన్‌ఎంసీ గైడ్‌లైన్స్‌ ప్రకారం ఎఫ్‌ఎంజీ పరీక్షల్లో ఉత్తీర్ణులైన వీరికి వెంటనే పర్మినెంట్‌ రిజిస్ట్రేషన్‌ నంబర్‌ ఇవ్వాలని డిమాండ్‌ చేస్తున్నాను.

Chandrababu Garu, isn’t this an utterly disgraceful government? How can you justify unleashing the police on students who have completed their medical education abroad? Despite clearing the Foreign Medical Graduate (FMG) Examination as per NMC (National Medical Commission) guidelines and completing their internships here itself, why is your government refusing to issue them Permanent Registration (PR) numbers? This is just a procedural formality. Why are you harassing them by deliberately withholding it? Is this how governance is supposed to function?

Is it your policy to attack those who question your mistakes with the police force? For the past year, you have been discriminating against these students, exploiting them in the name of internships and forcing them into prolonged unpaid labour to benefit private medical colleges. Isn’t it a fact that you are intentionally denying them PR numbers to serve the vested interests of private institutions?

Parents have sold properties and taken loans to educate their children abroad with the dream of seeing them become doctors. Those students worked hard, completed their courses and returned with hope. But your government is treating them like outcasts, pushing their careers into darkness. How fair is this injustice? Isn't it clear that your government’s aim is to demoralize these students?

When our government was in power, we worked hard to ensure that students would not need to go abroad. We initiated 17 government medical colleges with 2,550 new seats and five of them were already operational. The remaining were progressing rapidly. But after coming to power, your government stalled all of them. Is there any other instance in the country’s history where a government rejected seats allocated by the central government? Yours is the only one.

For the sake of your corruption, you are plotting to privatize those colleges. You even wrote back to the NMC refusing the seats sanctioned for Pulivendula Medical College, destroying the future of countless students.

Now the very students who opted for foreign education to reduce costs and completed their degrees with immense struggle are being harassed by denying them PR numbers. Worse, when they question this injustice, you send them to police stations. What kind of deep-seated grudge do you hold against these students and their families, Chandrababu?

I demand that your government immediately issue relieving orders to all students who have completed their internships and grant Permanent Registration numbers to all candidates who have cleared the FMG exam strictly in accordance with NMC guidelines.

Foreign Medical Graduates (FMGs) encounter significant career roadblocks due to delays in starting mandatory internships in India. States like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Rajasthan,Maharashtra..etc often take 4-5 months after result declaration to allocate internship seats, stalling professional growth. These delays exacerbate financial and mental burdens.
A streamlined process, with internships starting within 2 months of releasing scorecard, would mitigate these issues, enabling FMGs to contribute to India’s healthcare system sooner.
The National Medical Commission (@NMC_BHARAT ) can enforce uniform timelines, standardize documentation, and coordinate with state medical councils to eliminate bureaucratic bottlenecks.
This reform would reduce stress, enhance career momentum, and address workforce shortages.

वैद्यकीय शिक्षणासाठी फिलिपीन्सला १८ नोव्हेंबर २०२१ पुर्वी ऍडमिशन घेतलेल्या विद्यार्थ्यांना नॅशनल मेडिकल कौन्सिलने १८ नोव्हेंबर २०२१ रोजी प्रकाशित केलेले गॅझेट लागू केले आहे. ॲडमिशन घेताना विद्यार्थ्यांनी तेंव्हाच्या 'मेडिकल कौन्सिल ऑफ इंडिया'च्या नियमाप्रमाणे घेतले होती. पण आता नव्या नियमांमुळे या विद्यार्थ्यांची २.६ वर्षे वाया जाण्याची भीती निर्माण झाली आहे. याशिवाय या विद्यार्थ्यांच्या शिक्षणावरील खर्च देखील वाढणार आहे. त्यांच्या पालकांनी या गॅझेट मधून सूट मिळावी अशी मागणी केली असून बॅकडेटेड आदेश लागू करु नये अशी त्यांची अपेक्षा आहे. माझी केंद्रीय आरोग्यमंत्री महोदयांना विनंती आहे की कृपया आपण याबाबत सकारात्मक विचार करुन निर्णय घ्यावा.

The National Medical Council's gazette, issued on November 18, 2021, has raised concerns among students who enrolled in medical programs in the Philippines prior to this date, initially following the then regulations of the Medical Council of India. These students now face the unsettling fear of potentially losing 2.6 years of their academic journey and incurring increased education costs. Their parents have earnestly appealed for an exemption from the gazette, urging that the backdated order should not be enforced. Requesting the Union Health Minister hon. @mansukhmandviya ji to kindly reconsider the matter taking into account the implications on students' education and family's financial burdens.
