It is pathetic that in one month the RTO cannot hand over the printed RC to the Dept of post so that the same can be delivered.
I cannot get my printed RC which is 5 km away from me for more than a month .
This unacceptable inefficiency

I purchased a car from my grandfather, the ownership change was approved by RTO IP depot, The same is reflecting online in Parivaahan but I am yet to get physical RC, RC was printed last month but same has not been handed over to Post

With folded hands of helpless with uttmost respect, look into the epass system people have made registrations, carrying covid negative reports and still there are such unsafe lines to be in even if one goes for asthi Pravah
