Todays ultitimate cross fit challenge saw teams of 5 compete in 7 gruelling exercises. Each team completed 200 x Burpees,Pullups,Dips,KB Swings and Toes to bar with a 600m run between each exercise and a 3k row to top it all off. 💪👊

The PTS Course completed a hill walk today along the Wicklow way. A unit hill walk is a great way to get out and get fresh air, exercise, build your team and practice your navigation. #bemore

Following our recent Life Saving Course,a joint presentation was made to Sgt Mick Brogan by Mr Graham Malone and Comdt Shane Courtney.This was to mark the last life saving course he will instruct on before he prepares to retire at the end of 2023 after nearly 40 years of service.
