Two former FBI officials who once told Congress they barely remembered the Hunter Biden laptop investigation are now charged with lying about exactly that.

According to court documents unsealed October 23rd, Nikki Floris and Bradley Benavides each face charges of making false statements to a congressional committee investigating how the FBI handled the Hunter Biden laptop before the 2020 election. Benavides testified he learned about the laptop from Wikipedia — prosecutors say he 𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐝 𝐢𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐅𝐁𝐈 𝐜𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐠𝐮𝐞𝐬 in the months before Election Day. Floris testified she was not involved in the discussions at all; prosecutors say 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐞𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 and witness accounts say otherwise.

Historian Victor Davis Hanson, reacting on The Daily Signal, rejected the “weaponization” defense outright: “𝘐𝘵’𝘴 𝘯𝘰𝘵 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘦𝘢𝘱𝘰𝘯𝘪𝘻𝘦𝘥. The alleged lies covered two points: that the FBI sat on its own findings for over a year, including the 𝟓𝟏 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥𝐬 letter that implied the laptop was Russian disinformation, and that agents worked with social media platforms to help 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 just before the final 2020 debate, when Joe Biden wasn’t ready to answer for it.

Both officials belonged to the FBI’s Foreign Influence Task Force — the unit that oversaw 2020 election security, and that FBI Director Kash Patel has since dissolved as part of his push to “deweaponize” the Bureau. Defense attorneys call the case a months-long political campaign. The court record says otherwise.

🚨 Eyes on Washington state, y'all.
Federal prosecutors there say they've identified 405 registered voters who are or were noncitizens, and that those voters together cast about 1,500 ballots over the years. Some were as recent as the August primary, they say. 🗳️
On Monday they asked Secretary of State Steve Hobbs to review the list and set those ballots aside, uncounted, until citizenship is confirmed. Their deadline is noon Pacific today, which is 2 PM here in Texas. If the state doesn't act, they say they'll ask a court for emergency relief. They also say a second list from DHS is coming before Election Day. ⏰
Hobbs is pushing back. He says the DHS system often flags legal U.S. citizens, including naturalized ones, and that one record dates back to 1994. He says noncitizen voting is "incredibly rare" and calls the timing "an effort to cast unfounded suspicion on the results." Even the prosecutors' own letter says some people on the list may have become citizens since. ⚖️
These are claims, and nothing has been proven. Here's where I land: every eligible American's vote should count, and only eligible voters should vote. Checking citizenship and protecting citizens' votes go together, as long as the checks are accurate, fair and follow the law. 🇺🇸

Magda Elkadi Saleh sits at the center of Tampa’s Islamic school network. She has founded and led institutions including the American Youth Academy (the rebranded continuation of the Islamic Academy of Florida), Universal Academy of Florida, and Bayaan Academy.

These schools now participate in Florida’s school-choice voucher programs - routing public education dollars into the first stage of a parallel Islamic infrastructure.

Her father, Ahmed Elkadi, was the national leader (Mas’ul) of the U.S. Muslim Brotherhood from 1984 to 1994.

He was instrumental in building the movement’s American infrastructure, co-founding the Muslim American Society, and holding leadership positions including President of the North American Islamic Trust (NAIT), which holds title to hundreds of mosques and Islamic properties nationwide as waqf.

Her maternal grandfather, Mahmoud Abu-Saud, worked closely with Muslim Brotherhood founder Hassan al-Banna in Egypt and later settled in Florida.

Saleh has also served in leadership roles with the Islamic Society of North America (ISNA) and works with CAIR-Florida - the same organization Governor DeSantis designated (along with the Brotherhood) under state law citing Holy Land Foundation records.

While Florida has labeled the Brotherhood and CAIR as terrorist-linked entities, her network continues to expand with public legitimacy and public dollars: schools shaping the next generation, professional associations building internal referral systems, and a documented institutional footprint in Tampa.

This is not a secret, I went to Congress and exposed this - but it seems no one in your state cares!?

Tampa local leaders even honored her! You can not make this up!

This is the multigenerational Brotherhood-linked infrastructure operating in plain sight in a red state, funded in part by Florida taxpayers.
