@CityPowerJhb Over 30 hours now with no power since Sunday evening, can we get an update Weltevredenpark is still disconnected. Our calls were linked to this outage but then nothing. CPWEB5049433. Can u just tell us, how long will this last. We always have longer outages 8h min and we pay.

Yoh my first day with @pluxnetsa_fibre as my ISP for @vumatel and im already frustrated and ready to quit. I decided to leave rain because the service has been horrible lately and connection bad. Vumatel has been quited as good Fibre. @vumatel connectes infrastructure aa planned

@vumatel @pluxnetsa_fibre So update..i got the router delivered this morning and im connected. @pluxnetsa_fibre has redeemed themselves. Thank u, im happy. A messagw to take, always jeep client informed even when there are delays, information is important . Dont only reapond whwn there is good news.

How are u not aligning installation and connection in one day??@pluxnetsa_fibre owner please check on your company. I expect better service u deal with network , so a day's delay is a hige cost. I now have no wifi connection until tomorrow, 3 days in of waiting. Plse do better

After @vumatel installed now router. @pluxnetsa_fibre is supposed to supply aa my ISP. I contact them the call center lady was just basic. Has no clue of my account. Was linked to Nolwazi she now tells me they will arrange and bring tomorrow or Friday. Like how....
