It took 30 days to get an enhanced license appointment, just to be told in the office at my appointment that my 43-year-old original documents from a closed military base in Germany wasn't "Oringinal Enough"!!

You're phone lines won't answer and are jammed...

So how am im supposed to fly outta Nevada in 13 days with zero enhanced license... please tell me this isn't your best???
