TIP: Self-care is available to everyone. You have to choose to take positive actions that could result in you feeling better! Figure out what works for you (like daily #meditation/weekly Epsom Salt bath to relieve aches/#pain). Commitment and consistency are crucial!

TIP: Become more solution focused. Instead of looking to cope with every issue, actively address them to find a solution! Solving them removes the need for a coping mechanism. The quicker you address issues (safely and positively), the better you will feel.

Often, what happened after an event is what actually causes the trauma. Did people believe you? Were you shamed? Did you have emotional support? Most people see trauma as what happens to us, when itโs actually: how did people respond to us.

Love is a state of Being. Your love is not outside; it is deep within you. You can never lose it, and it cannot leave you. It is not dependent on some other body, some external form.
Let them judge you. Let them misunderstand you. Let them gossip about you. Their opinions arenโt your problems. You stay kind, committed to love and free in your authenticity. No matter what they do or say, donโt you doubt your worth or the beauty of your truth. Just keep shining
