Great spot @welshronald TBI has presented a good analysis, although I’m surprised at the lack of concern over others providing the biases of algorithms and data set learning. The energy aspect is well made, although there are again massive differences based on which tools you use and the efficiency of these for energy usage. Is this an area we could leverage and become a respected AI arbiter and bias buster?

So, @PetsatHome lie to sell their latest supposedly lowest cost repeat order product! Beware! After specifically asking if the product took account of ALL special offers I was told it world always be the lowest cost to the customer. Proven wrong 10m after being sold East Repeat

@bt_uk are without doubt the worst Customer service I have ever had the misfortune of being served by. My sincere advice if you are considering joining them - don’t, if you are thinking of leaving them (BT or EE) do so……anyone else encountered their incompetence?

@OctopusEnergy an interesting issue with Octopus Agile app showing a HH tariff rate and the current rate for that HH as completely different!!! Have informed Octopus but unfortunately no sensible reply! Anyone else noticed if they are being given duff information?

What an extremely poor venue the Aberdeen P&J Live is. Poor seating, rip off concessions and very poor customer facilities (try to find somewhere to eat or drink after purchase). The entertainment is always compromised by trying to cram more people than the 1/4

Lack of competition and artists willing to come this far north (congratulations to those that do!) all contribute to monopoly pricing and (dis)comfort levels. 3/4

@guynewey @MLiebreich Indeed it is - that’s crazy not fit for purpose governance for you! Q: Will you level the incomes across the different regions and nations as well as level the cost of housing? Not certain that would be a vote winner! I like the concept but the detail is where it falls down.
