Well... 70% of that proposed "density" was dropped via amendment. A bill that had plenty of potential has much less potential now. Got to wonder what other parts of this legislation will be shaved off.

Developers and the politicians they purchase are not here for us... [profit] That is why price controls are needed., w/o them we all get shafted
