@williamhue72@SirRobertBuford I think the issue with your comparison is that MJ was clearly better than Ron. Fox is no longer “clearly better” than Harp. Arguably better, and definitely better in certain situations, but there is an argument to be made about Dylan starting.
@SirRobertBuford It would be ideal for Harper to remain the 6th man, I agree. I get worried about this “James harden” type approach where he eventually wants out of SA because they didn’t put him ahead of Fox and the spurs lose out on their PG of the future.
@AnthoBvs@ClanTheSpursFan To be fair he’s an excellent POA defender and athlete so that’s really why he touches the hardwood, but there’s nothing wrong with him being a bit of an enforcer either
@ZachNBA_ I like graves and think he could certainly pair well with Wemby in the coming years. With that being said, if they drafted Carr and got a forward at 35, I think that could work well too.
“I watched every Finals since 04. If you think DIAW made life difficult for LBJ, you’re stupid.”
“It was ALL help defense, dummy. He won Finals MVP.”
Games 5 & 6, LBJ 19-for-48 Diaw primary defender with Every1 else 49-102 with help
Ya he DEFINITELY didn’t make life difficult
@rtbtg11@TheFinalQuan Not at all, it’s just a valid argument that Brunson was only the best player in 1 of the Knicks’ 4 wins in the finals. But they were “led” by a small guard.
