Creighton added Women's Cross Country in 1982. The program, which started as cross country only, expanded to include track & field in 2022.

The Bluejays have made significant strides in a short time, making their first appearance at the BIG EAST Outdoor Championships in 2024. Also:

👟 Creighton Women's Cross Country won the 2024 Platte River Rumble for the first time.

👟 Sophomore Taylor Rorick broke Creighton’s 5K indoor track record at the 2025 Iowa State Classic.

👟 Creighton Women's Cross Country will host the BIG EAST Championships in 2025.

And these student-athletes maintain a department-leading GPA of 3.82. 👟📚💙
