@AssboyzE45287 @soro77@joeroganhq This shit may have been counter-intuitive in the 18th century but there are now centuries of scientific research establishing the safety and efficacy of vaccinaiton. Smallpox was eradicated in the 1970s, polio cases down to single digits globally in the 21st century.
@AssboyzE45287 @soro77@joeroganhq No, vaccines work by introducing an attenuated virus or deactivated bacterial toxin that does not cause the disease but has the same molecular markers, thereby training your immune system to respond to the actual pathogens without needing to contract the actual disease.

MASSIVE walkout of diplomats at the UN as soon as Netanyahu takes the podium.
I don't recall seeing such a large walkout for quite some time at UNGA.
Israel has chosen to be a pariah and is increasingly treated as such by the international community.
@keith_c3529@ggreenwald@JeffreyGoldberg Pretty sure Obama wasn't in office in 2018. You can make the case a former president shouldn't use their influence and platform like that, but it's much different from a sitting president and his administration using the organs of state power to coerce critics into silence.
@keith_c3529@ggreenwald@JeffreyGoldberg Yes you absolutely 100% can, and media, politicians, corporations, etc. have been doing it constantly every day since before any of us were born. Hell, the entire industry of advertising is predicated on lying to the American public.

@LezbollahMothra *they don't go for something likemicrofiber.
I've also heard that a tiny bit of Vicks on something you don't want them to scratch will keep them away from it.
@LezbollahMothra My cats have never really gone for curtains, I think they prefer to claw at things that are more solid and stationary. The type of fabric also matters, they like something they can catch their claws on easily, don't go for something like microfiber.
