It’s just not making sense to me. And it sucks because I hand make this stuff and whenever a chargeback is filed AFTER the order is delivered like that coulda went to somebody who actually wanted it.

Filing chargebacks on orders you receive is one of the main reasons I’m so excited to shut this store down.

@DIPDBODY Also, know it's probably not you individually asking questions that's making the post office snippy. It's EVERYONE contacting with the same questions all day, every day. It gets annoying and frustrating. Especially when they don't have a real answer

@DIPDBODY (also, Covid has killed a lot of people who were able to work these jobs). Mix that all with Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas coming up. It's going to be a shit show.

@DIPDBODY It's only going to get worse. Covid made it so more people were buying online, but places don't have enough employees because of lack of pay and benefits. So online buying is at an all time high, but people willing to work for shit pay is at an all time low.
