@jackbailey82@COFFTEA_US@FSUBaseball It’s hindsight now but the other team changed pitchers with two out and two on…got the hitter to swing at first pitch into ground out. We should have done that too, but didn’t.
@jackbailey82@COFFTEA_US@FSUBaseball Pitcher who gave up the grand slam, he was missing spots high and batter knew he’d have to adjust down. With two out and three on, pitching coach should have brought in someone new. Really should have a batter beforehand.

For my 2027s, pay attention. This is why we preach "fit" when it comes to social environment, academics, budget, player development, and the right types of adversity
You have the right to be concerned because it can be an income supplement to the same asst coaches you see at all of them. Remember, they get paid peanuts by their team and need that supplement. Best thing to do is do everything to reach out to the schools in attendance, several times, before the camp…then have your boy go speak to the coaches with eye contact and form handshake.
To: All College Baseball Athletes/Coaches
It is evident that the landscape of recruitment has undergone significant changes. I have participated in several college-sponsored workout sessions, and I must express my concerns regarding their efficacy. I question whether these events are genuinely designed for recruitment purposes, as they appear to primarily serve as fundraising initiatives.
During these workouts, I have observed several athletes who demonstrably possess the skills to compete at the collegiate level. However, despite their evident talent, these individuals frequently do not receive any offers. This observation has prompted me to attend actual team practices to assess the current roster's potential.
It is perplexing to note that some players currently on these teams would not meet the performance standards of even a junior league. Yet, these institutions host recruitment workouts, actively seeking new talent, while simultaneously failing to extend offers to highly capable individuals who have traveled considerable distances to showcase their abilities, often surpassing 50% of the existing team players. This situation is, frankly, quite astonishing.
While I acknowledge that each institution operates under its own discretion, I extend my best wishes to all aspiring student-athletes seeking college commitments this fall. I sincerely hope that their potential and merit will be the sole determinants of their opportunities, rather than personal connections.

Coach, have you noticed head coaches at these sessions?in our experience, the cheaper ones where head coaches attend are 100% best. Ones where it’s 90% asst coaches, those are the “income” or “bonus” for the coaches and that’s it. Exception is @GameTimeRecruit showcases. Affordable and a ton of coverage. They have one coming up for Juco transfers in NC.
@Alex_Murillo99@CoachGyorkos@CSCWildcat9@BUncommitted Hey you came up as spam, so he may or may not see this. Email him. In fact, email all coaches in the location you want to play, who coach at the level of your talent. Send us a DM and we will send a coaches database to you with emails and twitter accts

Would you rather build your weekend weekend rotation around high-profile incoming freshmen you can mold for four years, or a staff of JUCO transfers who already know exactly how to navigate a college lineup? ⚾️💪

@Baseball_Help1 We shall see when the regional schedule starts. There will be more than one FL Juco team. It’ll be tough to beat 3-4 FL JUCOs plus a Gaston and FloDar
🚨 CAMP SEASON IS HERE. DO YOU HAVE A PLAN? 🚨
Walking into a college showcase cold and hoping a coach magically notices you out of 200 other kids is a losing strategy. If you are an #uncommitted player, you cannot afford to just "show up."
You need to be on their radar before you ever step foot on the turf. Before you pack your bag, you need to send your highlight film and your verified metrics directly to the coaching staff. And do not just send it once. Send it weekly until the camp, or until you get a response. Make sure they are specifically looking for YOUR jersey number when the drills start.
This sounds like a lot of work, but DIY Recruit makes it effortless: ✅ Send a personalized message to 100s of coaches in under 2 minutes. ✅ Operate entirely out of YOUR own inbox—no weird third-party platforms or recruiters getting in the middle. ✅ Track your data: See exactly when a coach opens your email and when they click your video.
No more guessing if your emails are going into a black hole. You know exactly who is watching and exactly how to follow up.
Stop hoping to get noticed. Take control of your recruiting journey today. 📈
