Another ENTIRE day waiting for @XFINITY to come to fix my service & the tech was a no show again. Now they say the next appointment is 2/8?? @NFL #SuperBowl is Sunday the 4th. So I can’t watch because your techs are busy installing service for new customers? #CustomerService

@comcastcares So today I had an “on call appointment�� which basically means @XFINITY will show up to my house some time between 8am & 6pm with a 30 min heads up. Wtf?? And guess what it’s 5:30 and no call no show. 🤬😤😡🤬😤😡

We’ve been in our new house for 6 weeks and still no internet. 4 different “TECHNICIANS” 6 Appts, 3 of which they missed their “2HR WINDOW”, 4 diff modems &...... finally we have WiFi in one room in our house 😐 thanks @XFINITY btw now our tv’s don’t work so appt #7 tomorrow
