If you haven’t heard about this story A 14-year-old boy is dead after being accused of stealing water.

Prosecutors say surveillance video shows he put the bottles back and did not steal anything.

If the video shows no theft and there was no immediate threat, why was a pursuit happening in the first place? Some situations call for a phone call to police, not a chase. A 14-year-old should have made it home that day.
