@AfterLeWhistle It’s always frustrating for the fans when the team dominates for a stretch and then somehow the wheels fall off every year. Just seems like a lack of focus when they can blow the doors off a team one night and then miss every pass the next 5.
@Manifest_Irony@Angry_Staffer When it comes to the threat of nuclear war, Russia would not choose to start the exchange with this target. This gives them no strategic advantage. They have now given NATO discretion to make the next move. State TV will say “they had it coming + they’re lucky it wasn’t more.”
@isaaclauder82@Angry_Staffer Because their military is observably bad at everything they do, not at all careful, and their equipment is trash. They have been preparing to fight NATO since Stalin was in charge and would not intentionally waste their first shot on a farm in Poland. They needed that to count
@Flip_Nugent@Angry_Staffer Russia has practiced a very specific plan for invading NATO for 70 years and would not scrap that plan for a grain silo. Article V is very clear on what constitutes invocation, so they have to make step 1 count. Now they gave NATO all of the leverage to counter
@ryanthehate @Angry_Staffer NATO will and should respond, but I don’t think this is Russia’s attempt to test the waters with NATO in a war that they are losing badly going into winter. Why even test NATO when you are already losing to Ukraine? Any more NATO involvement is a certain bad outcome for Russia
@joncoopertweets Incompetence, like everything else they have done. We have plenty of proof at this point that their equipment is poor across the board and their operators are untrained
@JB_In_SC@Angry_Staffer Poland will and SHOULD retaliate. Unfortunately with nukes on the table, they won’t able to do as much as they want. But Russia just gave NATO the ability to invoke Article V and they’ll feel that pain whether the public finds out about it or not
@amateurbaker78@Angry_Staffer That’s fair, but Russia isn’t operating from a position of leverage anymore. NATO can use this as the trigger for Article V at any point in the future now. To not use that first attack on something more important is a massive waste. It’s like taking pawn instead of bishop
@danfetes I think that’s fair, the Bills have consistently made a ton of critical mistakes this season. The teams above them are generally rising above their expectations and winning against proven teams, minus a few
@ntrider825 I would say Dolphins are much more likely to take the division now, and the Jets are obviously right there. Cliche aside, Bills need to take it one game at a time at this point
