I believe it is extremely important to communicate clearly how transmission really happens.

Then, one can understand easily real ways to limit transmission. And it reduces resistance to e.g. masks.

@TheLawofWork May be difficult to establish intent to injure (GM+Team B will allege self-interest as defence). Could claim unlawful means (breach of contract/fiduciary duty + inducing breach of contract) if scheme was planned while GM was still GM of Team A, but could ultimately be merged?

@dont73 @dinahlestockKay @rdumont99 One final point. The part of the policy that was being challenged was the requirement of HCWs to wear a mask at all times during flu season, despite an express right under the collective agreement to refuse any required vaccination. /1

We have clear evidence of asymptomatic transmission of SARS-CoV-2 playing a key role during the pandemic & scientists are revisiting the significance of such transmission for other viruses.
