Well, if the shares in the TA bulk cert accounts don't "accurately reflect the actual total shares credited to shareholders", what does that say about the 1 for 30 dividends they are crediting to shareholder accounts??? My guess is, they won't reflect certificated dividends either.

We know that @SECPaulSAtkins is aware of the issue that is MMTLP.

The @SECGov Head of Enforcement left abruptly, and now they're appointing the former Head of the SEC Fort Worth Regional Office, David Woodcock.

The biggest problem with this from my perspective is that it's the SEC Fort Worth office that filed frivolous charges against @johnbrda & @palikaras, seemingly to distract from the Congressional support that the MMTLP Community garnered.

So if there's evidence to suggest foul play on behalf of SEC Fort Worth, are we supposed to believe their former boss isn't gonna pretend he didn't see anything?

This is a conflict of interest!
