@dry_twiter@Jeffreyw5000 if we get a socialist/communist government movement then everything including Elons companies pay the price. I trust Elons first principals thinking and ability to see bottlenecks and solve them before others. Including if political sway is needed.
@boringcompany@SawyerMerritt I can't figure out why the loops are not running autonomously yet? Is it regulatory? Or concern of an accident and the media saying they can't even run in a tunnel safely? Or just engineering focus on true fsd and Robotaxi. Obviously in a tunnel it's a far easier process?
Assuming everyone else can land rockets and build bigger, assuming the ground wired internet won't be affected by starlink. who else has there own chips, vertical integration, massive data centres and billions of miles of data, a decade of experience where others like apple and gm gave up. the majority of your assumptions are waaay off. Get off the couch and realize Elon is often late but rarely not right and wins the majority of times.
@Couch_Investor@Degen_Drama Assuming the rest will catch up to teslas number one selling model y for the past several years, assuming others will build out teslas charging network, assuming they will catch Tesla battery storage, assuming they will all have over air updates 10 years later, assuming....
@stevenmarkryan@sircalebhammer Already signed up. Have had my corporation set up 2 years ago for in my city Peterborough (short form PTBO) called PTBOROBO "Safer,Faster,Cheaper,Cleaner,Greener" Go ptbo robo. Just gotta wait til they get by my woke Canadian government to get here first.
@SonicSoundVW@wholemars Towing distance is an issue. I just tow my boat and Seadoos in and out each spring fall so it doesn't affect me. Anyone who had a negative reaction to a truck is likely political with Elon Derangement syndrome.
Personally I like getting guttural reactions from the uninformed.
Not sure your situation. I have both model y and cybertruck. The cybertruck is so good i hate driving the model y now (im also 6'7" so it's more fitting).
Tesla has done an amazing job with their network but things take time just like cybercab rollout.
In and around Toronto Canada i have no prob anytime getting supercharging although rarely need it either home charging and my truck also powers my house in outages.
It will take time but the future will allow or even mandate apartment charging and full autonomous will allow teslas to go charge in the middle of the night somewhere on their own for those who need it. But it all takes time. Having the safest truck that drives me autonomously 96% of the time and saves me $5000 a year and piers my house took time too but i love it
I also love the odd crazy leftist hater flipping me the bird...always driving a shitbox car and clearly unstable. For every one hater there are at least 50 lovers of cyber or at least interested in the technology.
I live in Canada. I would say it's about as good as a human. Two years ago it definitely wasn't safe. I have a cybertruck and model y. This winter I used it alot in snow. it doesn't "follow tracks" in heavy snow on roads that others leave before plows come...ie those tracks often don't follow the normal road wear. So it's likely about a year away from "completely snow safe".
@WallStreetApes A compromising approach would be to only give the denture benefit if they went thru a rehab and remained drug free tested for a year or something...an incentive for the percentage who actually work towards getting off the meth. Otherwise it's just throwing money away.
@stevenmarkryan Love your channel. Do you think with boring tunnels, soon they will be autonomous and just like cybercab you will be able to take your Tesla autonomously thru them "joining the fleet" and just auto charge your acct like a toll for a few bucks?
@DaytonDavis@Magdaview12@XFreeze Are you a Democrat? Why would you say his politics failed. Some would argue he helped get Trump elected, started a movement at doge to find gov corruption that is still going despite being attacked. Single handedly may have saved free speech with X platform-see Twitter files,
@DaytonDavis@Magdaview12@XFreeze Ah now i see EDS. I thought maybe you were logical. Read his master plans 1-3, study people who are hyper intelligent and those who know him well. He's a genius but he also has human fallibility. Yes he is also a good businessman.
Your hate blinds you though. Be well.
@DaytonDavis@Magdaview12@XFreeze Make it Truthful, bigger computer power...then catch up with projects and things the market wants. Remember he started well behind the others as he thought open ai would be actually open to the public. like rockets, Evs, energy, robotaxis he won't start first but will end up #1
@DaytonDavis@Magdaview12@XFreeze I love Tesla and Elon and use both grok and Claude. I totally agree with you that grok needs a "projects" section like Claude for more complex chats that need memory and documents from multiple sources. However, Elon usually wins by first principles thinking.
@StrokeDistance@TwiiterExposer@SawyerMerritt ...i can tell you have never driven one and are just a pure hater. You also lie. Mine powered my house for 3 days...you sir are a liar. Safety data proven by NHTSA. No point in conversing with pure haters who lie. Enjoy your hating on your own.
@TeslaXplored 10 billion supervised fsd miles across North America in all terrains not just geofenced
By this time next year it will be very apparent Waymo is cooked and Tesla will be doubling and tripling etc Waymo.
@TwiiterExposer@SawyerMerritt Number one selling ev truck in North America is cybertruck , it drives itself, safest truck on the road, faster than a Porsche, powers my house for 3 days, saves me $5000 a year in gas, turns on a dime.
But i guess Tesla sets the bar so high that you expect it to be perfect๐
@farzyness I'm looking forward to an Optimus caddy who can carry my clubs and rake bunkers and calculate all the distances and keep track of my shots so I can lower my handicap. Keeping track is the main part for misses and how I'm swinging that day...and to stop me from swearing too much.
