There needs to be some consequences for Amazon when they list an item as Prime 2-day, then don't deliver it for 9 days. They've straight up lied about delivery dates several times this year. One "Prime" item even shipped from China.

@totalwireless is complete utter cluster! Stay away!! don't order and expect to be able to get a refund. They have a refund department that serves no purpose. Once you order you are stuck!! 3 hrs wasted today!!
