The Caleb Foundation worked with DMS on the historic rehabilitation and capital improvement project for 42 units at Chestnut Square and 46 units in the Sirk Building.

Internships are a wonderful way to teach future architects outside of the classroom while bringing a fresh perspective on design & tech tools to architectural design firms. The DMS internship program began 5 years ago as an immersive experience for architectural design students!

Working w/ clients Urban Spaces & @POAHCommunities allows us to flaunt our tech skills! W/ Revit Software, we converted a point cloud model to a 3D structure of the existing conditions. Always amazing to view, cut, & manipulate perspectives. Stay tuned for our Cambridge project!
