@YvonneSquair@AberdeenFC He's pulling his arms out of the way, 100% a natural action to AVOID giving away a penalty.
Never a penalty in a million years and I'd say the same if it was Rangers benefitting.
We tolerate the tims’ nonsense about 2012 as expected but the BBC *we pay for* spreading lies and inaccuracies is unacceptable.
Nick McPheat @nmcpht takes his turn to LIE - multiple times - about liquidation occurring in 2012 prior to the club being sold.
@Naefearrfc They’re at it again the BBC. Lying and lying. I very much doubt we’ll see a correction so complaints procedure is all we have against this nonsense from @nmcpht and @BBCSportScot

@McGinleyBhoy180@raskinrangers72 That is agency, by definition. That is voting to determine Rangers' league placing in season 2012-13.
That is factually what happened, the SPL Rules were a real thing and they were clear. It cannot be denied by any serious person.
@McGinleyBhoy180@raskinrangers72 As was made very clear by Lord Nimmo Smith & interestingly, months earlier by Celtic-supporting lawyer Paul McConville...
in terms of the SPL Rules, Rangers was a continuing entity, ergo the SPL clubs did NOT vote on a new admission to the league, but to block a continuation.
@McGinleyBhoy180@raskinrangers72 His post was based on being sent to the 4th tier, due to the agency of the other clubs voting - that's why he said Rangers were punished.
@JonnyLavn@TheTributeAct When the document itself specifies that a definition only applies in certain contexts, only an idiot believes that it should be applied generally as some universal statement.
That is precisely the case here with @TheTributeAct.
@RJMCeltic67 "A dead entity can still be stripped of titles from the record books ya stupid bastard."
How does that work?
Explain the mechanism that the SPFL / SFA follow please. Consult the rulebook if you like... 😂😂😂
@JimSpenceDundee Another step hopefully towards binning all internationals until the summer months - one summer qualifying, one summer tournament finals, each in turn.
@stevensanPH Why does a football club have to be a legal person in its own right? It doesn't.
Explain how you define a football club to account for the fact most (if not all) either span multiple legal entities, or extend back in time beyond them
Here's a hunch - you won't. You'll pass 😉
@SuperJoeSavage You sound like you have a good grasp of the timeline to be fair, and I'll credit you with that
The collapse of 2012 whatever the technicalities was shameful and ultimately self-inflicted, and I think lies/myths re Rangers' status can be shot down without ever disowning that.
@Auldheid@AndyMcCrimmon Imagine the concluded tax case and associated misdeeds come home to roost when Rangers are in the SPL, competing at the top perhaps
Rather than on their knees in the lower leagues or, alternatively, dead and buried.
The punishments would have been of a different order.
@Auldheid@AndyMcCrimmon LNS was of it's time.
If Rangers had somehow held off the tide and resisted the spectre of insolvency (and its disastrous consequences) for a few more years, until the Tax Case defeat was crystallised, and the Commission had occured then, the outcomes could have been more severe
@realcolinquinn The approach rival fans took to Rangers - most notably Celtic fans obviously - to fight a battle about the status of the club's existence basically, was backfired in both ways.
They lost that battle re its status, and they lost the momentum to inflict serious punishments.
