Very proud of my chessle abilities today. Best score I’ve ever gotten on expert mode. #chess#chessle @jackli_gg
@WhiteHouse Why not give them away for free everywhere? Creating paperwork hurdles prevents people from getting them, which is why universal programs are best. Plus, people without insurance still get COVID!
@JustinBielinski California could be a model - Democrats taking tax money and fixing these huge problems - but somehow it isn’t. Why is that? I blame moderate and conservative Democrats that cater to special interests who DO NOT want single payer, higher wages, etc. Those Dems betray the people.
@JustinBielinski This self-own creates a great talking point for Rs. “Look!” they say, “CA is all Dem and has high taxes and regulations, and still has all these problems!” And they are right. Why hasn’t the overwhelmingly D State gov ended homelessness, passed single payer healthcare, etc?
Teaching my sister #chess this season and playing a few games. She’s learning through @chesscom lessons and getting good! Currently the series sits at 1-1.
Far too often campaign workers are exploited by the candidates and campaigns they dedicate their lives to, often in the form of wage theft and misclassification. Join us for a discussion with @DMorganRussell to learn more about W2 vs 1099 work and your rights as campaign workers!
