Here's how a wealthy persons normal portfolio with savings, growth and income buckets might look built on Bitcoin as a base layer:

50% Bitcoin for savings.
40% MSTR for aggressive growth.
10% Income Fund for cash-flow.

The growth on this should be modeled like this:

The savings growth is the Bitcoin CAGR, basically hedging the expansion of the monetary supply.

The aggressive growth should be at-least 20% higher than the savings CAGR.

The Income Fund should be modeled at 0% capital growth, but a high cash-flow. You don't want to lose that capital so as long as it kind of matches the monetary expansion its good. So that would be like 7-9% a year on the cap gains. The goal of this segment is purely income, nothing else.

In the current environment:

Bitcoin - ~29% CAGR.
MSTR - Minimum 34.8% CAGR.
Income - Minimum 24% annual cash yield.

You would scale the percentages based on what you needed from the portfolio, age and risk profile.

This type of portfolio structure gives you stability, growth and optionality.
