The Department of the Interior announced today a record $460.9 million disbursement in offshore energy revenues to Gulf states and coastal communities in Alabama, Louisiana, Mississippi and Texas, reflecting increased funding under President Donald J. Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill, which raised the statutory cap on state revenue sharing. The funding supports coastal infrastructure, restoration and local economies tied to offshore energy production, advancing Administration priorities to strengthen American energy dominance, expand domestic production and ensure energy-producing communities directly benefit.

Litigation Settlement Agreement.  The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), and the Bureau of Trust Funds Administration (BTFA) representatives have been invited to answer owners’ questions or concerns about their oil and gas royalties, IIM accounts, or any concerns or issues with their Indian trust properties.
