DOI Global Expansion Roadmap: From Mexico to LATAM, Europe, and Africa
We chose Mexico as our starting point for a reason. Mexico combines fast-growing tourism, cost-efficient construction, and clear pathways for asset-backed, compliance-oriented models, which makes it an ideal base for DOI’s CeFi membership ecosystem and modular construction division.
Members can choose one or multiple real estate properties and invest any amount they prefer. Each investment earns a fixed 12% APY, with funds locked for 12 months before they can be withdrawn or reinvested.
There is no leverage, no mortgages, no third-party loans, and no rehypothecation of member funds. Access to these yield pools is available exclusively to verified Gold Members who have completed KYC and signed the Member/Shareholder Agreement.

The 12% fixed annual yield (1% monthly) is embedded within a specific architecture: yields are collateralized by fully owned, debt-free properties owned by DOI with a BTC reserve acting as an additional liquidity and risk-mitigation buffer.
