@opodo It has been one year that I’ve been waiting patiently and Still no refund or even a voucher to book in a later date. This is a Joke!!!! 😡😡 you are not taking this seriously.
@opodo My flights were cancelled due to Corona about a year ago. I am waiting for my refunds since then - have been calling numerous times, kept being told to wait a couple more week. Please escalate. 4925696039
@opodo@opodo still waiting for any response from yourselves. I have an email from @SingaporeAir attesting that we are due a refund via yourselves. Flight was cancelled by airline. More than 16 weeks from initial request of refund, you still have our money! Pretty poor...

@Opodo_UK this is getting ridiculous. Cancellation and refund requested May 2020. 9 months and nothing. And you haven't even contacted me about where it's at. Come on.

Thank you, @opodo for this information. Could you give me an estimated date by which time the refund will be processed. I know you want me to be patient but you have had our £3600 for more than a year and the the flights were cancelled 9 moths ago. We need this money now !
@opodo I wish I could do it online but it won’t let me. I have 3 flights on one booking. London to Joberg, then Joberg to Capetown and then Capetown to London. The London to Joberg was cancelled and so I don’t need the rest
