Hamilton County is heating up this week, so here's a reminder to NEVER leave kids, pets, or anyone else in a hot car. It doesn't matter if the car is in the shade or if the windows are cracked; on hot, humid days like today, car temperatures can become deadly within minutes.

[5:35 AM] Rain will quickly turn to snow on Thursday night. 1 to 2 inches are forecast. Biggest concern Thursday night is the potential for a flash freeze due to rapidly falling temperatures which may affect the morning commute Friday morning.

The Hamilton County Outdoor Warning sirens were temporarily activated this morning as a result of an operator error during routine training. The sirens were briefly activated for several seconds this morning before being cancelled. There is no action required by the public.
