@agoda I am still waiting for my issue to be resolved. You fail to uphold a booking and harass the customer asking for unnecessary details when you should simply be apologising and issuing a refund immediately. Stop lying about the hotel not responding. I have spoken to the hotel
@StanChartIN absolutely disappointed in your customer care. My CC was issued weeks ago and owing to a mess up by your team and zero response from customer care, today is the last day to activate it and I don't have it yet! Shutting down my 10 yo account with you immediately!

@nlasya@vettichennaiguy Would also recommend Spain. Quick processing and if you get lucky, longer validity! Just one thing though. Their process was slightly cumbersome with very high expectations in terms of the documents. Happy to help in case you have questions

@agoda Noticed that you've been doing this to a lot of customers over the years. Advertise a hotel on your website, hotel denies the booking saying no affiliation, you don't return the money saying cannot reach hotel. This is a clear case of repeated scamming!! #shutdownagoda

@agoda Agoda Booking ID 664137933 - a year old case with no refund! Agoda advertised a hotel that's not affiliated to Agoda or so I've been told (by the hotel) My booking was refused as it was not on their system. I have a recording of the same!
@agoda I am sick of these responses! Zero honesty. All along I was told that your customer care team hasn't been able to reach the hotel when I've called the hotel myself and recorded the call, where they clearly said they didn't have my booking. Should I make the recording public??
Then you tell me the hotel has been unresponsive for over a year on telephone and emails!!! Yet you still don't issue my refund. You ask me to secure evidence of my alternate stay which I do. Then you term it as insufficient evidence? What scam is this? I need my refund now!
@IndiGo6E app is extremely frustrating. Inspite of informing your staff several times about this, there has been no respite. Haven't been able to check-in on the app for a while now. Today, the website too?!!! Get your act together now, please! Need to check-in for my flight!!
