@KhaireHamse I assume the cost is inflated nonetheless, the ROI can be measured in many ways i.e. socioeconomic development, jobs, improved living standards. If I was an investor in these projects I would be more interested the net positive overall impact of the port. Either way kudos to them

@jesseclain Wow that’s incredible insights. Thanks for sharing. I haven’t been there for few years. I left the country when I was a child & went back 2012 for the first time. I clearly remember how amazed I was with their resilience. They just have this ‘can do’ attitude which is rare.
