Landmines and explosive hazards threaten lives, with 600 casualties in just 3 months.

Today marks two years since the earthquakes struck #Türkiye and #Syria, claiming the lives of tens of thousands of people, including aid workers.

Time may pass, but we do not forget them.

The humanitarian community stands in solidarity with all of those affected.

Many internally displaced people in #Syria haven't returned to their homes, which have been reduced to rubble.

Those still in camps need sustained humanitarian aid until they can rebuild their lives.

Fawza in Idleb, #Syria, describes the harsh challenges of living in a camp in winter.

Since December, fewer than 40,000 people have left camps. Many are unable to leave without more support.

The humanitarian operation in #Syria is scaling up.

Last week, 23 trucks carrying health, hygiene and education supplies from @WHO and @UNICEF crossed from Türkiye to Idleb. Over five days, the @UN completed 13 cross-border missions to engage with communities and assess needs.

ميرفت نازحة في مخيم في إدلب، #سوريا وتدير متجرًا صغيرًا داخل خيمة. تحلم ميرفت، مثلها مثل الكثير من السوريين الآخرين، بالعودة إلى وطنها لبدء حياتها من جديد.

يحلمُ خالد، وهو أحد سكان مخيم في إدلب بالعودة إلى قريته في هذا العام الجديد: "أتمنى ألا يبقى هناك خيم أو مخيمات في #سوريا".

منذ شهر كانون الأول، غادر 25 ألف شخص المخيمات في شمال غرب سوريا، ولا يزال هناك حوالي مليوني نازح في المخيمات.
