FDA’s vaccine committee just shamelessly voted to recommend an updated Covid-19 vaccine, ignoring its incredible trail of harm. Here is the text of the three-minute speech I delivered to the committee before they voted: 

If you’re interested in making an evidenced-based and not belief-based decision regarding Covid-19 vaccines, please review the data and evidence in the letter we submitted to this committee.

Don’t ignore the tens of thousands of individuals that have contacted just our law firm regarding serious injuries from Covid-19 vaccine.

Don’t ignore the over 40 thousand individuals seriously injured from these products that are members of just one group – React19.

Don’t ignore the fact CDC fought us in court for over 2 years to hide from the public the data which showed that over 7% of the 10 million V-safe users reported needing medical care after a Covid-19 vaccine, on average 2 to 3 times each, with over 70% of those medical encounters resulting in hospitalization, emergency room or urgent care.

Don’t ignore the fact FDA fought for years to hide the data, which has been just recently released, showing that when FDA properly conducted Empirical Bayesian analysis internally, it resulted in incredible safety signals that were hidden from the public.

Don’t ignore the fact that in the clinical trial for Pfizer’s Covid-19 vaccine there were 21 deaths in the vaccinated group and 17 deaths in the placebo group, meaning more in the vaccinated group, during the same time period and I note the placebo group actually had slightly more people than the vaccinated group.

Don’t forget that those seriously injured by these products have been abandoned because pharma has been given complete immunity for their injuries under the PREP Act and the CICP has almost no funding to pay claims and is designed to deny compensation – to call the CICP a perverse mockery of justice and betrayal would be far too kind.

Five years after assuring the world these products are safe, they still need PREP Act immunity for the harms they supposedly won’t cause.

Until this immunity is lifted and the harms actually accounted for, this committee should decline to recommend any further Covid-19 vaccines.

But, given the prior statements made by some members of this committee about these products, statements reflecting belief- and not evidence-based views about them, it will no doubt be hard to objectively consider the data and evidence regarding these products. But please try. Thank you.

HB26-1289 might be one of the most aggressively “don’t look over here” bills of the entire session.

This thing is basically Colorado government emptying your wallet while explaining that it’s technically not stealing because they used the phrase “tax expenditure modernization.”

Because in Colorado politics nothing is EVER called:
- higher taxes
- more revenue extraction
- government needing more money

No no no.

Everything gets wrapped in consultant language like a mobster putting a silk glove on before robbing you.

Colorado lawmakers could mug somebody in an alley and call it a “wallet equity redistribution initiative.”

It’s:
- “modernization”
- “restructuring”
- “alignment”
- “adjustments”
- “reclassification”
- “federal conformity”
- “revenue optimization”

Brother lawmakers could mug a guy in LoDo at 2AM and call it a “voluntary liquidity reallocation initiative.”

And buried inside HB26-1289 is a whole buffet of:
- removing exemptions
- changing deductions
- expanding taxable categories
- shifting conformity rules
- tweaking tax credits
- and moving money around with the type of accounting gymnastics that would make the IRS say “damn calm down.”

The funniest part is how this stuff always gets presented.

Every press release sounds like:
“This bill responsibly modernizes Colorado’s fiscal framework for long-term sustainability.”

Meanwhile the average Colorado resident is sitting there like:
“My insurance went up $180, eggs cost more than ammunition, my registration fee looks like a mortgage payment, and now the state is digging through my pockets like a raccoon in a campground.”

At this point Colorado budgeting feels like a guy who maxed out six credit cards, refinanced the truck twice, took out a HELOC, and is now trying to convince his wife the real issue is they’re not monetizing the garage enough.

And when people get frustrated, lawmakers act shocked.

Brother you cannot keep:
- removing ways people keep their money
- expanding what gets taxed
- shifting revenue streams around
- and inventing new fiscal wizardry every session

…and then act confused when taxpayers start looking at the Capitol like it’s an organized crime syndicate with committee hearings.

🚨 Former Trump White House Health Advisor Katy Talento Confesses – She, Francis Collins & Tony Fauci Blocked the Vaccine Safety Commission and BLOCKED RFK JR from Exposing Autism

Katy Talento, as President Trump’s lead health advisor on the Domestic Policy Council in 2017, her explicit job was to make RFK Jr.’s promised Vaccine Safety Commission “go away.” She personally kept RFK Jr. out of the West Wing and away from any official administration platform that could signal doubt about vaccine safety.

She recruited Francis Collins and Tony Fauci to neutralize the effort: Talento called NIH leaders Francis Collins and Tony Fauci directly and asked them to meet with RFK Jr. (along with Del Bigtree and Aaron Siri from ICAN), but insisted the meeting be held off-site at NIH in Bethesda—far from the White House and cameras—so no one would think the Trump administration questioned vaccines.

At that secret meeting, Fauci claimed there were abundant vaccine-safety studies and promised to deliver them. He never did. ICAN’s later FOIA lawsuit forced HHS to admit on the record that no such safety studies existed.

Dismissed desperate autism moms as a Senate staffer in 2002: While working on the Senate committee overseeing the CDC (under Chairman Ted Kennedy, who would “thwart us at every turn”), Talento heard story after story from mothers whose toddlers regressed into autism post-vaccination. She called the CDC, got the standard “correlation doesn’t equal causation” line, and chose to do nothing—deferring to the public-health orthodoxy she had been trained to worship.

In the Oval Office with pharma CEOs (including Merck’s Ken Frazier), Trump repeatedly shared the story of a Trump Organization employee’s child who was “perfect… then just gone” after taking a vaccine. The CEOs and Talento (the credentialed expert) dismissed it; she now admits she had no real answer.

She began questioning masking mania, arbitrary lockdowns (churches/gyms closed while big-box stores stayed open), and the ruthless suppression of cheap treatments like hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin—deliberately sidelined to protect Emergency Use Authorization and vaccine liability shields.
