@EE I’ve tried for three days now and haven’t managed to speak to a person regarding the issue. I can only conclude that you don’t care about customers.

@EE how can I contact an engineer about an install? The engineer arrived at my elderly parents house earlier today and stated he didn’t like heights and the loft was too dusty so he couldn’t complete the install. He did spend 10 mins in the loft taking pictures though!

Apparently if Evri say they have delivered it to the correct address then PayPal accept this - even if we have provided proof it was delivered elsewhere.
