This 4D candle is the first candle since 3/25 where we breached lower kelt.

Candle started last Thursday and closes tomorrow.

This confirms we are in the start of a bearish trend.

Я понимаю..., эта боль сразу не уходит и может жить внутри очень долго. Многие закрываются, депрессия, апатия, могут месяцами не выходить из дома, начинают пить, употреблять наркотики... в попытках хоть как-то заглушить это...

‼️Я дам вам несколько рабочих советов.

Первое - полностью отрубай визуальный доступ.
Удаляй всё!!! Ни фото, ни переписок, ни соцсетей. Полная сенсорная изоляция. Мозг перестаёт получать допамин от образа — связь рушится.
А что делаешь ты? Пересматриваешь stories, слушаешь старые голосовухи, смотришь, с кем она теперь. Ты сам запускаешь ломку, как наркоман.

Второе - тело.
Любая зависимость — это не эмоция, а нейрофизиология. Ты должен специально загонять себя в физическое истощение: бег, холод, бессонница. Через 72 часа без сна, с телом в спазме - чувства исчезают.
Почему? Потому что организм не имеет ресурса их чувствовать. Это жестоко, но факт: вытеснение эмоций - всегда через тело, не через разговоры.

Третье - перепрошивка смысла.
Любой объект зависимости = набор ассоциаций. “Она = тепло, секс, принятие, дом и тд”. Когда меняешь якорь, тяга исчезает. Тебе надо увидеть негатив, сломать образ, создавай новый “источник тепла”. Поэтому так важно вступать в мужские сообщества, подписываться на таких как я и начинать общаться с такими же мужчинами. Мозг перестраивается. Это не про любовь — это про нейросети, которые можно переписать.

Финал - ритуал отключения.
Не метафора. Сжечь письмо. Удалить номер. Провести символический “конец связи”. Мозг живёт ритуалами, как животное. Без этого он не понимает “всё кончено” — и держит тебя в подвешенном состоянии.

Мужчины, если кто в данный момент переживает расставание, мучается, не знает как ее забыть. Попробуй. Уверяю, это работает.

Its a good time for the usual reminder I've made regularly since this latest bull market leg began in November. You don't need to be 1st into a sell. The best shorts come *after* support fails, on weakness. No rush, opportunity cost of missing trend & actual cost not worth it

$SPX The current 5100-5200 range is a high and should lead to a drop into 45xx by May at the latest

My preferred sequence:

5100/5200 —> 4800 into Ides of March —> lower-high of 5000 —> 45xx

I entered $SPXL (3x Bull ETF) during the Fall correction of ‘23

And now it is almost time to enter $SPXS (3x Bear ETF)

I am not interested in puts/vol products until key levels break, as I have made clear on my X account (Sellers need to show me they are finally able to step in and take price below certain pivots)

The benefit of 3x ETF’s is I can dollar cost average (DCA) into my quarterly account when the market is at 'extremes,' without being precise with my entries like I would with options

Also, I can somewhat mitigate the risk of shorting against an aggressive trend by taking shares of a 3x ETF, as I won't have to worry about other factors like Theta (the ETF decay rate is minimal in comparison)

Mondays are always the tell. When you have a gap down on names and they end up closing at or near or above where they opened pay very close attention.

1st watch how premiums react (if you can get 2-400% on a Monday from this move usually means reversal is just getting started.

There’s soo many tells in charts and price that you really and I mean really don’t need soo many variables just basics. Support Resistance and Price. I haven’t used volume on a chart in years to determine an entry because there’s always a seller/buyer there period.

Discipline is when you 10x an amount and then transfer out all but what you started with and keep doing it over and over. Until you aren’t concerned with the size of your account. But more concerned with the amount you transferred out.

Transferring out $200k from 1k ain’t the same as keeping 200k from 1k in your account. Until it’s in your bank it isn’t yours no matter how much.

July Plan: Fill it out. As long as 4420 holds, retest 4485 in play (breakout lvl to 4530, 4575). It fails; short to 4380, 4335
