It’s been 9-1/2 years; maybe you could get this done? It’s worse now because of Griffith Lake, Allen Ridge, new Taylor & 351. Worse again when new shopping center opens…
@CityOfAbilene how about installing a protected L turn at EN16th & Judge Ely for southbound turning east? Waits are bad! Especially since anyone coming north to turn west trips their L turn signal now. Wish I’d thought of it before🤔 #6+years
After serving as the interim director, Shelbi Stevens has been promoted to full-time Head Athletic Trainer. She provides outstanding leadership and care for our student-athletes. Congrats, Shelbi.
@AmericanAir You’re batting 2 for 2 today. Up at 3:30 for a flight that leaves 40 min late for “paperwork” >>missed connection >>rebooked>>~75 min late. I don’t know why I expect different. Guess 7-1/2 hrs to make a meeting isn’t enough. Appreciate the on-time service😡

Heat related issues in athletes are best addressed with appropriate prevention and emergency action planning. If you’re not sure what to do ask an athletic trainer and if you don’t have access to an athletic trainer do everything possible to change that.
The Deadly Games Database, created with the help of @okatc_scott & @teamsafesports, includes more than 1,000 cases of sudden death in athletes.
It allows you to search by state, cause of death and level of play, year and more.
