We always knew there was an increased risk, but this study concludes that APOE4 homozygotes represent a genetic form of Alz Dx with nearly all having positive CSF Amyloid, and 75% being Amy-PET positive by age 65. Age of symptom onset also earlier. https://t.co/OhCXT01CEN
