Byrne describes the shifting standards for brain death testing, and how they have become less stringent over time.

He discusses how DCD organ procurement begins while the heart is still beating, but too weakly to generate a pulse.

General Flynn — you were one of the four, with Mueller, Comey, and Clapper, who oversaw operations in the Horn of Africa (Somalia and Djibouti) where the new Israeli facial recognition software was tested on civilians and children. There was no active war. These were not authorized by Congress. You participated in crimes against humanity. Why have you never spoken up? Why did you not use your position under President Trump to tell him the truth and hold those responsible accountable? You claim patriotism. Prove it. Show the world you repent. Show the world you feel remorse. You still haven’t opened the pardon letter from the President. Why not tell the truth that Hamas was created as a buffer for Israel to smuggle nuclear materials to create the 100-plus nukes they have off the books?
