This vial contains a new drug called PAC-3310. It was designed by ChatGPT, and I synthesized it in a chemistry lab I built in my garage.
PAC-3310 is a new selective M4 muscarinic receptor agonist for treating schizophrenia - similar to the recent breakthrough drug Cobenfry, but improved. (1/7)
One of Yarvin's better insights was that winning presidential elections is not enough. A President needs to staff an administration with thousands of people. Where do they come from? From existing personnel networks. A President needs to get the votes of Congress and the Senate. Where are their ideas shaped? By their current staff, donors, and voters.
Winning a presidential election is huge. We need to support a party in a two-party system. This means ferociously campaigning for the overall Republican party, district by district. But it works within the structures of the preexisting system. If we want to fundamentally restructure the rules of the game itself, we're forced to think on a different timescale and more creatively.
We're confronting the entrenched consensus of the Boomer worldview: the bureaucracy of FDR, the Civil Rights of LBJ, the imperial foreign policy of Cold War liberal internationalism. Everything we're straining against has been in place since the 1930s-1960s.
We are attempting to repeal the 20th Century.
Politics is downstream of culture.
Our ambition is enormous: we are fish attempting to change the ocean we're swimming in.
The ocean is all of these unconscious beliefs, attitudes, procedures, organizations which are completely taken for granted by ordinary Normies, and are viewed as static variables, neutral impartial rules, and fundamental facts of life.
Egalitarianism has been the dominant philosophy, the religious monoculture of Western civilization, for the past hundred years. You can go back to the anticolonialist writings of H. G. Wells in the 1890s. These ideas have been around for a long time, as the default operating system of the world we're living in, the society we inherited.
Our goal as a rising counterelite of the global American military empire is to seed the narratives of a new elite consensus. We are designing the ocean we want to swim in.
This is a huge task. It's impossible in a single election cycle. It requires a new generation of young men to seize power, and to be animated by a deep understanding of our ideas. But on the other hand, demographic turnover is inevitable. Old men will retire. New men will take power, with new ideas and tactics. The only question is how long this process takes, and whether we choose to implement smart, or stupid, plans when our time comes.
Science is updated in the same way.
To paraphrase the physicist Max Planck: "Science advances one funeral at a time".
Or, as he said, "A new scientific truth does not triumph by convincing its opponents and making them see the light, but rather because its opponents eventually die, and a new generation grows up that is familiar with it."
Congressional legislation, bureaucratic regulation, Presidential executive orders, and Supreme Court rulings represent the final stage of this process. These formalized actions are the output, the endgame, of a long and tedious pipeline. Culture and shytpoasting is the initial stage of the pipeline. Most of our ideas are floating around, pollinating and proliferating, for several years before anyone seriously considers implementing them.
And when action is taken, it's only because elites and bureaucrats feel that action represents a high-upside, low-downside, low-risk move. This is the product, or byproduct, of a new elite consensus. Everyone agrees on what should be done. There's no personal risk. In fact, voters are frustrated that action seems slow, obvious, and underwhelming. The grassroots base, or other political constituencies, are frustrated that action has not yet been taken because it should've already happened 18 months ago.
This pipeline is constantly running. We are simultaneously immersed at all stages of information flow. On the same day, we watch Presidential executive orders signed that were conceived of ten years earlier… and we seed inchoate narratives which are rejected, challenged, and iterated upon in real time — ideas which remain 5-10 years out from implementation.
Politics is organized violence, but the moral legitimacy of government force is shaped by the dominant monoculture. What results is perceived as a foregone conclusion, a Fait Accompli. The pen is mightier than the sword; we have to win the argument before we can win the war, which means to implement our plans.
We have to sell our ideological vision to mass society, and it needs to be aspirational and self-justifying. Our ideas need to make sense; they need to be common sense. We lay out a plan to the American people, and it creates a political constituency who realize why action will benefit them.
Our ideal vector of attack is anonymously shytpoasting.
In this medium, we have more public intellectual freedom than billionaires and presidents. We are able to propose unorthodox and heterodox views, and there is relatively little surface area for the incumbent consensus to retaliate against our ideological heresies. Our opponents are forced to argue against our ideas based on their substantive merits. Mostly they choose to ignore, or distort, what we're saying. But they are no longer able to effectively suppress us.
On FrogTwitter and Substack, through the completely ridiculous and juvenile methods available to us, we are a persistent source of irritation to the political establishment. They are forced to assimilate and incorporate our ideas into their own power structures, in order to protect their own careers.
What this requires from us is a certain attitude:
It should be understood that we never get what we want, on the timescale and tempo we desire it. Everything is a slow, incremental half-measure remedy compared to what it could be in an ideal world. That's because we are not taking any personal risk compared to the elites and bureaucrats who need to instantiate our vision. Our function is to rhetorically pave a road, or build a bridge, which other people can cross later on. We are seeding embryonic narratives as a precursor and a precondition to formalized action.
Our elites and public champions are forced to make path-dependent actions, within the existing power structures, according to the current rules of the game. Our cultural function is to reshape the game itself. To redefine the ocean we're currently swimming in.
This is also why frustration with our own political champions needs to be expressed in a focused, substantive way. There needs to be a sense of patience and professionalism (I know I'm asking a lot), or else incumbent elites will simply tune us out. There needs to be a shared and implicit understanding that nothing we get will arrive, at first, in the shape, scale, and velocity we are asking for.
That’s not betrayal, and people need to understand the cultural pipeline. We need to learn how to win, and to reject chronic defeatism.
Our part of the bargain, at the beginning of this process, is to be an aggressive intellectual vanguard pushing for radical reforms. Our part of the bargain, at the endstage of this pipeline, is to be loyal reliable footsoldiers who close ranks to defend anything new and bold which is directionally useful. We play both roles of this process simultaneously, or intercutting between functions, because again: This pipeline is constantly running. We are simultaneously immersed at all stages of information flow.
That's a detailed overview of how this ecosystem works.
We are winning. Keep Calm and Carry On.
"if Appalachia was a third world nation for white people"
You'd get an economy roughly the size of Spain's, divided among half as many people, giving you a GDP per capita comparable to Finland or Canada.
Finance & manufacturing are the top industries (15.6% & 14.1% of regional GDP, respectively). Note the irrelevance of tourism (3% of GDP) compared to other 'third world nations.'
Appalachistan would have a slightly lower Gini coefficient (less income inequality) than the U.S. as a whole. The unemployment rate is ~4%, comparable to the rest of the U.S. & half of France's.
Counting associates degrees + bachelors, Appalachistan would have a tertiary educational attainment rate of 39%, higher than the EU.
Counting bachelor's degrees only (4 yrs in the U.S. vs. 3 yrs in the EU, so biased toward EU), Appalachistan's educational attainment is comparable to Germany (29% vs 30%).
I have been busy with dozens of other time-sensitive matters, but I wanted to comment on this.
Our federal (and most state) employment laws mandate a level playing field for American workers vis-à-vis foreigners — yet many American tech (and other) companies prefer to hire cheaper/exploitable foreign workers to do routine jobs Americans could do, and they do this by failing to post jobs on their normal hiring channels (PERM violations), letting foreign-born hiring managers pipeline cheap foreign labor from body-shop mills over American workers (H1-B abuses), lie about their eligibility for no-cap H1-B hiring, abuse other visa categories such as J-1 visas (we see you, universities!), abuse OPT hiring to get cheap, exploitable foreign labor, and sometimes — getting super arrogant, gaslight laid-off and sidelined Americans while doing any of the above.
These are not good business practices; they are not patriotic economic practices; and they are illegal labor practices. This administration will not allow American employers to discriminate against American workers. It is illegal, wrong, and bad for our economy. I am sure my colleagues at @USEEOC and @USDOL agree. We are all on the case, and working together to level the playing field for US workers.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
Imagine being a tech VC right now and the left would cheer if someone shot you dead on the street whereas the right just wants you to stop hiring so many foreigners but you're an ethnocentrist who hates Americans so you attack the right.
this is why all the climate doomers will be wrong.
we will be able to engineer our way out of a lot of our climate problems
> Rainmaker just became the first company to prove it had created extra rain and snow in Alaska
> in just three hours, they produced ~19M gallons of water, enough to supply 150 American households for an entire year, with just two drones!!
> the drones find clouds already holding water and help that water fall as rain or snow
> covering Utah’s entire 7,500-square-mile Bear River Basin will take 36 drones working in relays, and the same model can be repeated across the mountain ranges feeding the Colorado River
> the extra snow melts into streams and reservoirs, supplying farms, cities and hydropower through the dry months
> Rainmaker’s goal is to stop the Great Salt Lake from shrinking by 2030 and double the Colorado River’s flow by 2031
> now imagine this at full scale...
they'll basically turn the sky itself into a tool for fighting drought, empty reservoirs, shrinking glaciers, damaged ecosystems, and wildfire risk
Researchers at Fred Hutchinson examined the brains of 59 women after death. In 63 percent of them they found male DNA, almost certainly left behind by a son. The oldest of those women was 94, and the cells were still sitting there.
Around week four or five of pregnancy, before most women have told anyone, a handful of the baby's cells cross into the mother's bloodstream. Some of them never leave. Scientists call it microchimerism, meaning you are carrying a few of another person's cells inside you. Doctors at Leiden University in the Netherlands checked organs from women who had recently been pregnant and found the baby's cells in every single one. Liver, lungs, thyroid, kidneys, bone marrow, skin, heart.
They do not sit idle. When researchers in Ireland biopsied cesarean scars from 70 women, they found the baby's cells living in the skin as ordinary skin cells, making collagen and repair proteins right at the cut. The child helped close the wound its own birth made.
At Mount Sinai, scientists tagged fetal cells with a glowing marker in pregnant mice, then damaged the mothers' hearts. The fetal cells went to the injury. They became heart muscle and the lining of blood vessels. Nobody has proven the human version yet, but doctors have noticed for years that women who develop heart failure around childbirth recover better than almost any other kind of heart failure patient.
In a study of 177 women, fetal cells appeared in the blood of 85 percent of the healthy participants and only 64 percent of the women who had a very early, non-invasive breast cancer. Nobody has worked out yet whether the cells are doing the protecting. The same cells also turn up in Hashimoto's, an immune condition that attacks the thyroid, so this is a gift with complications.
A French team looked at umbilical cord blood in 2021 and found cells belonging to the baby's grandmother in 5 of 28 samples. Cells that crossed one placenta decades earlier had crossed a second one. Three generations of women, alive in a single bloodstream.
Which means the pull a mother feels toward her child has a physical form. It sits in her liver, her heart, and often her brain, and it stays there for the rest of her life.

Please take note of all the conservative influencers and commentators who are very eager to issue lectures to young right wing men and scold them for their spicy jokes and for the edgy podcasts they listen to, and yet are right now very very hesitant to deliver any rebuke to the legions of radicalized women openly celebrating a mass murderer of children. This tells everything you need to know. And when they pivot back to their breathless, theatrical denunciations of right wing males, be sure to ignore everything they say.
The Shape Store is the afterlife for black people. It represents the bacchanalian tempest of chaos that stirs in their hearts. It is neither heaven nor hell, but a tense purgatory of motion, wonder, violence, and colors. The Shape Store is what they grasp for while alive.
The Shape Store represents the Platonic perfection of consumer indulgence that fulfills the black impulse for status hierarchy. The absurdity of the premise highlights the purposeless trinketry in the shoes, chains, and clothes they steal, harm, and kill for. At a macroscale, there is functionally no difference between a limited edition pair of Jordans and a green rhombus made of plastic.
The Shape Store is perpetually in a nighttime urban liminal space. Beyond the corporate McDonald's playpit funhouse aesthetics, everything is lit with the hostile comfort of streetlamps and concrete. The sky is a kindred darkness, beckoning ancient memories of African dirt finally cooling to a reasonable temperature in the dead of night.
The Shape Store embraces incoherent traffic from clown vehicles. You can go to JeffVanderLou in St. Louis right now and find at least three black men stuffing themselves into toddler car frames with lawn mower engines, zooting around at 30 miles per hour between sidewalks and streets like Roblox NPCs. A ghetto rigged solution to suspended driver's licenses becomes a hidden portal into a childlike whimsical sensation that only Miata owners could ever hope to come close to in the civilized dimension. This tender succulence is immortalized in Black Afterlife, a world where the joy of vehicles is divorced from the risk and mental anguish of navigating rules or considerations that traffic normally invokes.
The Shape Store is a place where squabbles and beefs openly occur without any sobering reality of death to haunt the participants. Much like the pool punch pudding plodding of dream combat, occupants of the Shape Store fight in ragged sitcom-esque tussles. They grab each other in gesticulating pratfalls, shaking each other around onto the ground. They point fingers to make their opps heads explode into a cloud of smoke like Looney Tunes characters, falling onto the ground in stiff wooden cartoonish fashion only to pop up later and dance a jig.
The Shape Store is decorated in the same clinical simple colors and setpieces that remind black people of the mandatory public school attendance from early childhood before a self imposed 8th grade permanent hooky graduation. A place and time where they saw the most color in their physical lives that wasn't immediately degraded into ramshackle shades of black, brown, and gray.
The Shape Store is simple, easy, intuitive. It is a place where the rules only exist to the point of visceral emotion. Logic is restricted to 5 second periods of visual coherence. Games are simulacra of their real life counterparts. Chess is arbitrary uniform pieces being slammed onto the board while slogans are chanted out like magic spells by old uncs wearing suits and fedoras, their versions of wizard's robes. Gambling is just shaking pieces on tables with winners being decided by who screams the loudest. Carnival games reward unconsidered raw speed and velocity and they always end in explosions.
The Shape Store is the perfect balance between form and formlessness. The shapes are hard enough to retain their shape, yet soft enough to throw or be thrown into without pain or injury. It is a colorful padded room where nobody can harm anybody. Much like basketball, it allows for the furthest displays of violence and aggression without actually having to cross into a realm of consequence. Objects can be thrown at anybody any time for any reason without consideration, but unlike a snowball fight, nobody has to deal with the labor of constructing something.
The Shape Store's only bodies of water are all 1-foot shallow, making sure that nobody ever has to swim.
The Shape Store is pristine theatrics, a place where the inner primate can hop, jump, run, swing, and tumble to its hearts content. The Shape Store is always noisy, never allowing the disturbing silence to encroach its patrons. The Shape Store always smells vaguely of weed, play-dough, and grape juice.
The Shape Store is perfect in that it is a store where nobody ever pays for anything and everyone is a customer. The shapes are abundant, but each one is unique. The 12 basic shapes and 6 basic colors available are essentially infinity to the black mind, the endless dimensionality of facing two mirrors against each other allowing for the satisfaction of eternity while heavily reducing the RAM usage on God's computer.
The Shape Store is a mirror image of the modern black urban environment. Blacks live inside of video games every day of their lives. Everyone who is an outsider is an NPC who can be harassed or harmed without consideration. Any object is loot, any environment is destructible, any importance is relegated to physical stats, and jail is just the respawn lobby. The Shape Store is the sandbox, infinite time limit and infinite fun for the discerning customer.
The Shape Store is black afterlife, a place of ease and peace through turmoil. A perfect playpit hamster wheel where nobody has to do anything or be anyone so they can do everything and be anyone else other than themselves. It is the world in the black mind reduced to parity of what a dim consciousness perceives it to be: Colors and Shapes.
After viewing The Shape Store approximately 67 times, I’m ready to give my full depth of commentary as to its true meaning.
To begin, it’s been posited that The Shape Store represents a Bacchanalian afterlife for blacks, but while this theory holds merit, I find it flawed. The biggest issue with it is that it claims that there is no death, and yet, we clearly see the skeleton of a negroid that has been vaporized still riding around on its bumper car.
With this clear instance of death, it’s also entirely possible that the black who gets discombobulated by the shock glove leading to smoke pouring from his head was “slimed out” as they say in their vernacular. There’s other clear occasions of strife and violence that occur throughout as well, which is the key point of my contention for its meaning.
Above all other things, the black desires a flaunted status displayed in accumulation of various material goods. Spend any time around them and you’ll see proof. I still recall the first time I witnessed when a new Nike shoe was released and there were dusky skinned EBT recipients lined up around the block to purchase these.
You can find them buying Dodge Hellcats at absurd APRs and then fighting the Repo men who come to take it back when they fail to make payments. You can find them flaunting the most ridiculous of jewelry and other accessories, designer clothes and other such brands, far more often than among any other population and at far greater levels of poverty.
What the shape store represents is a world in which rather than these items they often chase, which are quite expensive, instead the most coveted item for blacks are cheap colorful shapes, which are vastly abundant and plentiful. So much so that all are effectively rich beyond their dreams in these goods.
That is to say, The Shape Store is a Science Fiction displaying Post-Scarcity Negrodom. On surface level, it is Utopian. The Shape Store is plentiful, and they are often quite happily entertained by its pristine theatrics. But look closer at much of what is displayed.
Even in the opening, we see what is most likely inebriated drivers crashing their shape cars into one another. They’re still causing issues even in the opening, but we blow past that to delve into the shape store. As mentioned earlier, though they have all they could ever want, we still see casual black on black violence perpetrated quite often.
The common claim of black apologists is that their rate of violence is simply a result of their poverty. What we see quite clearly is that even in this world of abundant black material wealth the black will still find reasons to kill other blacks.
This too is born out in reality. Blacks at the lowest poverty commit more murders than blacks at the higher income levels, so wealth has some bearing on this. However, blacks at the highest income levels commit less murders on average than the poorest whites in the nation. The Shape Store shows exactly this playing out, rich blacks killing and harming other rich blacks.
Further, near the end, we see some older blacks in the end getting into a squabble over some kind of gambling event. It shows that even in this world of total abundance, where blacks desire only colorful shapes and have all the colorful shapes they could ever possibly want, their avarice is absolutely boundless.
Even here, they still will come to blows over a perceived slight or a loss of goods. Even here, they still chimp out. It’s why at the very end, while every shape prior has been utterly pristine, we are left staring at some bizarre, rotted and distorted shape.
Because in a world where the blacks have what they want, it doesn’t stop them from still being black. Material abundance does not remove race.
The Shape Store is a Utopia on the surface, but what it hides is a Dystopia. A Dystopia, because no matter what you were to give them in goods or in welfare or in colorful shapes, blacks will still act black.
Gen Z is moving money from stocks to sports betting in wealth plans, 52% of them have redirected inv funds to sports betting and quarter of them treat sports betting as a deliberate part of their long-term financial plan, according to survey from Betterment. Wow.
So I discovered something interesting today.
I keep hearing Francesca Hong is running some innovative campaign where she isn’t spending money on TV and it’s working like a charm. This confused me because I have family in Wisconsin and I know for a fact there are tons of Francesca Hong ads on TV - there actually seem to be more ads for her than any of her opponents. So I thought "gee, if Hong isn’t spending money on TV and the Democratic Establishment hates her, who is paying for all this ad time?”
A lot of Hong’s direct TV advertising came from a super pac called Middle Class Priorities. Middle Class Priorities only has one donor, Progressive Prosperity Caucus, Inc. And what is Progressive Prosperity Caucus, Inc? A fake GOP slush fund run by Republican operatives that’s spent millions of dollars getting leftists nominated in swing districts. Most leftists who have won swing district primaries are being funded by the GOP btw, that’s why so many of them claim they won despite being outspent. William Lawrence had massive Super PAC support from an organization called Michigan Sunrise that came out of nowhere and conveniently timed its inception so it did not have to disclose its donors until after the election
On top of that, another Republican Super PAC spent 2.2 million dollars “attacking” Francesca Hong starting in early July. That’s weird - why would you waste money attacking a candidate who was barely leading in the polls at the time in a crowded primary? Because their “attack ads” only ran in extremely Democratic areas like Dane County and they were all about how you shouldn’t vote for Francesca Hong because she opposes Trump’s immigration agenda.
They were fake attack ads meant to improve her standing with Democratic Primary voters. Francesca Hong’s spike in support happened in mid-July, at the exact same time a GOP Super PAC launched an ad campaign meant to make Democratic Primary voters think the Republicans are scared Francesca Hong will stop their immigration priorities
The Republicans have spent more money on TV advertising for Francesca Hong than every Democratic candidate has spent combined. Literally her entire TV footprint is Republican Super PACs. She currently has zero dollars of her own television ad buys lined up, has spent zero dollars on TV ads the entire campaign, has no support from outside money that isn’t a Republican psyop, has one-tenth of Tom Tiffany’s cash on hand, and can’t receive support from the DNC because the party is broke
People are underestimating what a blood bath this is going to be. She’s already behind in the polls and the second the primary is over every penny of Francesca Hong’s TV advertising disappears and the GOP will spend tens of millions of dollars on ads about how she’s a radical police abolitionist who hates Valentine’s Day, is grotesquely obsessed with her son’s ethnic heritage, and pals around with a guy who said America deserves 9/11. There will be no response to these ads because Hong doesn’t have any money for ad buys and all of her Super PAC support came from Peter Thiel
Ten million people have watched an MIT professor accidentally destroy the executive coaching industry.
He filmed the lecture once in January 2018 and died eighteen months later.
Executive coaches charge fifteen thousand dollars a session to teach a third of what he covered in one hour for free.
His name was Patrick Winston. He ran the MIT Artificial Intelligence Laboratory from 1972 to 1997 and wrote the AI textbook every computer science major in the world read for thirty years.
Every January for four decades, he gave a lecture called "How to Speak."
His entire framework fits on a napkin.
Do not read. Be in the image. Keep images simple. Eliminate clutter. Start with an empathetic connection. End with a punch line the audience can repeat over dinner. Never open with a joke. Never end with "thank you."
That last rule alone has probably cost the executive coaching industry a hundred million dollars.
"Your success in life will be determined largely by your ability to speak, your ability to write, and the quality of your ideas. In that order."
That is the actual opening line of the lecture. Winston believed it strongly enough to spend fifty years teaching computer scientists how to talk.
Founders spend $80,000 on an MBA and then hire a communications coach to teach them the same material Winston filmed once for free. Engineers write brilliant code and lose promotions to teammates who watched this lecture on the train.
The lecture is free on MIT OpenCourseWare. The textbook is free on his page.
Winston died in 2019. Almost none of the ten million viewers have actually implemented the four rules on the napkin.
The napkin is free. The willingness to actually use it in your next meeting is the entire edge.
