The issue is that oil prices are a binary. If the war ends tomorrow, oil could be down 50%.

I'm interested to see if Warsh keeps consistent with his shrink the balance sheet view... the hawk in dove's clothing, if you will. If so, I'd expect easing to offset treasuries rolling off.
