Donโt take @ClubMarriott membership unless you want to get scammed.. since 5 days i waiting for booking confirmation that should have been processed in 24-48hrs they did the same thing in jan as well-their โhelpโline reservation is everything but helpful @Marriott@jagograhakjago
Itโs ironic how platforms like @LinkedIn and @twitter@XSpaces more effective in resolving customer issues than official websites, call centres, or toll-free numbers.
Worst insurance company @Niva_Bupa โ cheats and liars โ no senior even call back after raising multiple complains โ they donโt even have a support email ID โ they call centre agents are so uncooperative half of them donโt know the documents that need to be submitted
@Woodland None of these work ! Nor the customer care line ! There is an automated message which states that all customer care executive are busy and they ll get back to you shortly with no queue number no idea how long one has to wait โ was waiting on call for 20 mins with no response
