@ArrivaTW credit to rev protection guy at Cdf Central this AM. Being helpful and nice... Sending people to other ticket window to reduce q's

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW various barry cardiff. drpends on days

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW Various.. Barry..Cardiff.. ATW staff tell people to buy on train and at dest stations sometimes. Are they encouraging law breaking then?

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW would love to.. without big queues and from customer focused staff

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW Yes but back to 1st point.. more ticket supply needed for passenger no's at stations. Seems you don't want to listen or pass on feedback?

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW Passenger no's growng. Ticket supply isn't. Not all can plan lives ahead. More supply need in rush hrs and people paid to be stood about?

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW Even shop managers jump on shop tills when busy. Lazy excuse, bad customer focus and ignores demand and customer needs. More supply needed.

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW more queues for tickets this morning as rev protection staff just stand about & say no training to sell tickets. ..train them up?

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW I can give feednack here thx. Is poor service to have people stood about with queues 'protecting revenue' but not selling when they could do

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW but its apparent you need more options in rush hrs.. regardless its bad service to pay so mamy people to stand about without ticket machines

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@ArrivaTW is bad service for ATW to pay for so many people to stand about 'protecting revenue', while not holding ticket machines to make it

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@RadioTimes @susannareid100 @piersmorgan @GabbyLogan ..if don't Gabby. Pls make sure u celebrate on an open top bus just to hack him off! :)

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@kevj77 @piersmorgan failure shouldn't be celebrated.. but achievement should.. like with England for Italia 90 https://t.co/5xYepuRQgY

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@piersmorgan if England got to a big tournament for the 1st time ever in peoples lives, plus got to semis. England would celebrate it, right?

[David Webb @DWebbWales]

@piersmorgan your national team have made tournaments many times. In my lifetime, this is the 1st time I've ever seen it... reason to cheer!

[David Webb @DWebbWales]
