@PizzaPizzaLtd I had earned $2.46 in Club 11-11 rewards on Feb 1. On May 2nd you "expired" them. Seriously? 3 months and you remove rewards? What a joke. I'll be telling everyone to go to @DominoPizzaCan instead.

@RealVNC I had the home plan for 5 devices, for my own use, but used RVNC loyally and commercially since the early 2000s. Csncelling your home plans, with your suggested plans costing > $200/yr for the exact same service (and that's after a 20% discount) is, quite frankly, insane (2/2)

.@RealVNC Whoever thought it was a good idea to cancel your "Home" plan, without any grandfathering, just lost you a ton of business. I'll be moving my corporate clients to a company who doesn't cancel a plan and then try to charge hundreds of $$/yr for the same thing (1/2)

The removal of the daily challenges was an unprecedented insult to the playerbase, and adding it back, while a start, doesn't absolve you from treating players like cash cows. A simple @bp_America style "we're sorry" isn't enough.
